Things that Build an Organization:
-participation
-having event (including everyone)
-unity
-praise
-good atmosphere
-good leadership
-dedication (Ex: attendance)
-punctuality
-consistency ( Ex: starting on time)
-equality
-goals
-practice
-motivation
-good examples
-responsibility
-being polite (scout law)
-appreciation
-gives feedback
-respecting authority
-showing potential/using talents to help
-schedule
-communication (Ex. Make sure everyone knows what's going on ahead of time)
Things That Block an Organization:
-poor attitude
-confusion/disorder/unfocused
-poor structure/not organized
-unclear goals
-inappropriate behavior
-no teamwork
-flakiness (Ex: people who are late, absent, etc.)
-no dedication
-no cooperation
-poor leadership
-hypocrites
-selfishness
-close-minded; unapproachable
-not efficient
-egocentric members
-ignoring
-not listening
-abuse of power/arrogance
-bad examples (Ex: leaders who goof off, etc.)
